If you’d like to join us, we’d love to hear from you.
Membership in Tugboat Institute is by invitation-only. Most often, member-prospects are nominated by current members; however, we do accept direct applications from qualified candidates.
If you meet the member criteria and are interested in joining Tugboat Institute, please complete the pre-application by clicking on the button below. We review all pre-applications in detail, and we look forward to reading yours. Once your application has been reviewed, a member of the Tugboat team will get in touch to discuss next steps.
Tugboat Institute is built for Evergreen entrepreneurs by Evergreen entrepreneurs. It’s a place to learn from others but also to share your experiences and insights on business, family, and self. We ask members to take this pledge:
I am willing to help co-create the Institute and to advance the Evergreen movement. I look forward to being part of a safe haven for entrepreneurs devoted to building purpose-driven, profitable, impactful companies at scale that will make the world a better place. I pledge that I will be inclusive, supportive, and transparent with every member, and I will strive to give more than I take. I respect that confidentiality is essential to fostering trust and meaningful relationships. I look forward to convening and conversing with members and with a carefully curated extended network of Evergreen thought leaders and expert advisors. While we encourage Evergreen companies to work with Evergreen companies when viewed as mutually beneficial, I understand there is no general soliciting of the membership.
