What could you accomplish by doing less?

When we want to make something better, our instinct is usually to add: another priority. Another meeting. Another feature. Another initiative.

But what if the better answer is to subtract?

Join behavioral scientist, University of Virginia professor, and Subtract author Leidy Klotz for an interactive, one-hour EJ+ workshop exploring how subtraction can help leaders create space for what matters most.

This isn’t simply another conversation about Leidy’s research. You’ll have the opportunity to put it to work.

Leidy will guide participants through a practical framework for finding opportunities to subtract across your organization and your own work-from processes and products to priorities, meetings, commitments, and more. You’ll hear examples and work through your own subtraction opportunities alongside other Evergreen-minded leaders.
