In February 2024, we celebrated the fifth annual Tugboat Institute® Gathering of Teams in Nashville, Tennessee. We were thrilled to welcome over 500 attendees from over 90 Tugboat member companies. Evergreen® leaders and their teams spent the week learning, sharing, inspiring, and celebrating together. Through our TED style talks, our dialogue sessions, our functional role workshops, team workshops, and our evening celebrations, it was a week characterized by authenticity and joy. The new connections and friendships, as well as the profound learning, made it an unforgettable and wonderful experience.

In February 2023, the fourth annual Tugboat Institute® Gathering of Teams took place in its new home, Nashville, Tennessee. This year, we were thrilled to welcome over 500 attendees. Evergreen® leaders and their teams came together for two and a half days of intensive learning, sharing, inspiring, and celebrating. Through our TED style talks, our functional role workshops, our dialogue sessions, and our celebrations, it was a rich experience, full of Evergreen takeaways, new connections and friendships, and learning.

In February, 2022, over 300 Tugboat Institute® members and their key management teams and family members gathered in Fort Worth, Texas for the third annual Gathering of Teams. More than 60 more joined us virtually for this hybrid event. We spent three days learning, sharing, and exploring together. Through TED style talks, functional role peer workshops, and team workshops, the opportunities for connection and growth were significant. We also made sure to carve out important time to celebrate our Evergreen® community.

In February 2021, Tugboat Institute members and their key management team and family members joined us virtually for the second annual Tugboat Institute Gathering of Teams. Over three half-days, current and future leaders of Evergreen businesses came together to meet and connect, enjoy Tugboat Institute TED-style talks, learn from peers through breakout sessions, and celebrate the importance of Evergreen businesses together.

In February 2020, we invited Tugboat Institute members and their key management team and family members to join us in Dallas, Texas for the inaugural Tugboat Institute Gathering of Teams. The two-and-a-half day event included morning single-track “Best of Tugboat Institute” talks, small break-out sessions in the afternoons, and an evening celebration at the Frontiers of Flight Museum. It was wonderful to see members and teams come together in through this new experience to share, learn, and connect.
